Delivery

At the moment we only deliver to the UK and Ireland.
 
We currently only offer standard delivery at £2.95 per order.
 
If your order is over £45.00 the postage is FREE!
 
As a result of many of our items being delivered directly from our suppliers, products ordered together may be delivered on different dates. Most deliveries arrive within 3-5 working days but larger items may take longer.

Returns

If when you receive your order you decide you no longer want an item/s you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must tell us by email message to selina@yourlittlechipmunks.co.uk that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return. We will then issue a returns note. If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at selina@yourlittlechipmunks.co.uk and we will tell you where to send your item to.

Shipping of returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods unless the return is a result of our error and only then at the standard postage rate (Not a premium service). It is recommended that you receive from the Post Office a free certificate of posting as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the Goods you return, show any sign of damage or loss due to your checking then we shall be entitled to deduct the cost from your refund money.
